ivdn-lawsuit.com is a web site for IVDN shareholders to come together for the purpose of protecting (or recovering) our investments in the company.
We believe that the massive financial losses that we have suffered are the direct result of gross mismanagement by the corporate officers (specifically CEO Joe Riccelli) and gross negligence by the members of the Board of Directors.

We are cautiously hopeful that sufficient evidence exists to confer personal liability for our losses against these individuals that would allow us to seek recovery of damages from them.
