Inept Management
For its entire existence, IVDN has had a single CEO: Joseph Riccelli.
Mr. Riccelli has failed to make a single penny in profit for Innovative Designs' shareholders, despite having a product that, by all accounts, is unique in the marketplace, satisfies a need, and should be in high demand.
It is clear that Joe Riccelli is not the right man to lead this company. This has been clear to any casual observer for over a decade.
Why hasn't the Board of Directors removed Riccelli from his office and replaced him with someone else? Someone who, perhaps, could sell INSULTEX.
It could not be more obvious that Joe Riccelli has never been, cannot, and never will be able to bring IVDN to profitability.

Joe, if you're reading this: how much wealthier would you be right now if you had stepped down as CEO and hired a competent leader 20 years ago? How much money (both yours and your investors') has been lost due to your ego? The best time to step aside would have been 20 years ago. The next best time to do that is now.
